Our relationship with sport has been and is an important part of our work as an architecture studio. We carry out the design and architecture of facilities to house very different kinds of sports. The construction of pelota courts, sports centres or football stadiums is part of our work.
Worthy of note in the design and architecture of football stadiums is our relationship with and work for the Real Sociedad Football Club. For years at the studio we have accompanied our city’s club, having taken care of all projects involving its Zubieta and Anoeta sports facilities. We are currently working on the Anoeta stadium renovation project.
Construction of the new z2 natural grass pitch is now complete and will soon be ready for use by the first team. This new pitch, intended for use by the first team, will be one of the grounds where the Real will train depending on the plan drawn up each week by the technical crew. Given the new plans for further work in Zubieta, from now on the first team will alternate between the z7 and the new z2 ground.
